Dispatchr replaces the 24/7 dispatcher with an AI operations platform. Automated check-ins, live site tracking, radio integration, and client-ready reports — built for private security firms.
Dispatchr runs continuously across every post you protect. Voice check-ins, GPS verification, escalation, and reporting — automated end to end.
Set an interval per post — 15, 30, or 60 minutes. The AI calls each officer on their radio at the exact time, takes the "all clear", verifies GPS, and logs it. Missed check-ins auto-escalate through your protocol.
A single command view of your entire operation. Live GPS pins, check-in status, officer assignments, radio telemetry, and one-tap access to any transcript or shift report.
The AI runs the board, but you're always in command. Toggle to Manual Mode for emergencies, complex incidents, or if the AI needs to go offline. Every transition is logged — no gaps, no ambiguity.
Every check-in pinned to the exact location on the map. Proves officers were where they said they were.
Native support for Motorola GP700 and compatible LMR fleets via radio-over-IP gateway.
Every radio call transcribed automatically. Searchable, timestamped, admissible — stored for 7 years.
Missed check-in? AI retries, pages supervisor, and stages nearest officer — all before a human would dial.
End-of-shift summaries emailed to clients at 07:00. Every check-in timestamped, mapped, and presentable.
Ask the system anything — "status at Longboat," "patch me to Unit 4." Built for the radio room.
Every shift ends with a formatted report delivered to the client's inbox at 07:00. Check-in times, patrol routes, GPS confirmations, and incident notes — the same verifiable record your operations team sees, translated for the client.
No more morning calls asking "what happened overnight?" The report already told them.
Schedule a private demonstration. We'll walk you through the platform and show a live shift report.
Coverage of the Longboat Key Estate began at 21:00 on 04/19 and concluded at 07:00 on 04/20. Officer Rivera (Unit #4412) held the primary post from 21:00 to 03:00, with Officer Keane (Unit #4418) relieving for the 03:00–07:00 watch. All 21 scheduled check-ins were completed on time and verified by GPS pin.
One visitor log entry was recorded at 23:14 (see Incidents & Notes). No perimeter breaches, intrusion alerts, or irregular activity were observed. All gates, dock, boathouse, and residence access points were confirmed secured at every pass.
GP700 radio units UNIT-4412 (Rivera) and UNIT-4418 (Keane) remained connected to the Dispatchr gateway throughout the shift. Signal strength: strong (full bars) at all check-in points. Battery levels reported at start and end: Rivera 92% → 71%; Keane 84% → 22% (flagged for replacement at next shift). All 21 check-in calls were auto-initiated by Dispatchr AI and transcribed for the record. Dispatch mode was AI throughout the shift; no manual takeover required.
